All orders over $50 are delivered free in NZ, so fill yer carts!
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If it's within a few hours there's a good chance we haven't made it to the post office yet.
We take pride in delivering the freshest and best quality products. But in the unlikely case that you're unhappy with what you've recieved from us, simply flick us a message via the contact page or reply to the email address on your order confirmation and we'll do our best to make things right. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986) to firstly exchange or replace faulty goods, and failing to do that, provide a refund.
Sorry, we don't provide returns or refunds for a change of mind, but why not trade it or gift it to a friend?
